ULTIMATE BONEHEAD- VA Vol 3 -Label:BELTER 14 examples of brutalising heavy assaults retrieved from the garbage dump of Hard Rock infamy (1969-1976). Volume 3 attains a perfect mix of hard hitting heavy gems, up-tempo full-steam ahead rockers and anti-establishment call to arms. We straddle full frontal assaults and unremitting rattling of the senses where the lyrics may sometimes broach unrepentant sexual deviancies as well some near MC5 rabble rousing outings with a heavy tail off that land you in the middle of a putrid swamp of lewdness. ULTIMATE BONEHEAD- VA Vol 4-- Label:BELTER A quagmire of Heavy Dope and Dark satanic Poop sliced up into 14 slabs of shameless stonage (1969-1977). Welcome to Volume 4 that focuses on the heavy psych side of the Bonehead world. Still featuring savage full frontal audio assaults, here the solos can be longer, organs may swell and we even hear the concept of mood and soundscape at times. FABIO -LSD/RELOGINHO (psych gem from Brazil) Ltd ed of 300.-Label:GROOVIE RECORDS Reissue of a psychedelic gem from Brazil's late '60s underground. This '68 release wasn't 'just' a genuine garage/soul killer, it also was meant as a provocation of the country's political society and dictatorship. 'LSD' was an abbreviation for "LINDO SONHO DELIRANTE", which can be translated into 'Beautiful Trippy Dream'. Limited edition of 300 copies. 45 RPM $14 SKU:16402

B.F. TRIKE - ST - (60s psych )-Label:COMMON SOUND B.F. Trike formed when three members of late '60s psyche band Hickory Wind came to Nashville in 1971 and started work on an album for RCA Records. Eschewing the psychedelic style of their previous band the trio produced ten tracks of great heavy rock. The songs are catchy, well played and sung, they have great fuzz guitar solos, the rhythm section is restrained where it needs to be and upfront on the heavy rockers, and the whole album hangs together extremely well. CD $19 SKU:16618

GTO'S -PERMANENT DAMAGE -Label:STRAIGHT Limited to 500 copies in gatefold sleeve. IMPORT The GTO's began as a collection of wildly outrageous girls who frequented the Sunset Strip in LA and hung out with the bands and groups who performed in that area during the late 1960s, such as Carl Franzoni & the Log Cabin commune, the Magic Band and Mothers Of Invention. They effectively coined the phrase 'groupies' and initially became the Cherry Sisters, then became a spontaneous performance-art collective known as the Laurel Canyon Ballet Company, which was an opening act for gigs led by Frank Zappa. Two members, Miss Frka and Miss Pamela, were also babysitters in the Zappa household. In 1969 Zappa collected this group together, producing them as one of his side projects, as the GTO's (an acronym for Girls Together Outrageously). 'Permanent Damage' consequently featured a number of renowned musicians who happened to be around the LA 'freak scene' during these psychedelic and experimental music times. The group also crossed paths with the notorious Plaster Casters Of Chicago, who became the subject upon two of their album tracks. LP $25 SKU:16617

HAIRY CHAPTER- Cant Get Through (70s bluesy hard-rock)-Label:BACILLUS Edition on 180-gram blue vinyl. Hairy Chapter was founded in Bonn in 1969 by Harry Unte (vocals), Harry Titlbach (guitar), Rudolf Oldenburg (bass) und Rudi Haubold (drums). The band existed for only two years and -officially- released two albums. The debut, 'Eyes' was released by budget label Opp in 1970. (Tracks of that LP were previously issued in 1969 on an LP released by 'Billiglabel' Maritim, which was credited to the non-existing Chaparall Electric Sound Inc.). 'Can't Get Through' was the band's second album (released by Bacillus Records), which the band (in a slightly different line-up) recorded with renowned engineer and producer Dieter Dierks. Dierks added strong psychedelic rock elements to the group's bluesy hard-rock, with truly breathtaking results. LP $29 SKU:16611

LUBRICANTS - ACTIVATED ENERGY ltd to 500 - Label:RERUN BW / TRANSFORMATION VACATION - Milwaukee punk band The Lubricants originally cut this caustic 45 in 1980. MYRCHENTS - INDEFINITE INHIBITION/ ALL AROUND YOU ( rare U.S. 60s garage ) SALE - Label:MUSICOL Possibly from Columbus Ohio but unknown to us beyond that. This is their first 45 from 1967 and is the pearl amongst the swine. All downstroked guitar and snotty vocals, this verges on the inept, but stays on the right side of moronic. Uptempo with jagged guitars, a rudimentary beat is the order of the day, and like all great platters like this, is best served raw. 45 RPM $14 SKU:14411

OUTCASTS (USA)- 1523 BLAIR/SMOKESTACK LIGHTNING - Label:GALLANT Texas 1966 monster, "1523 Blair" is an ultra-highspeed BLUR! "Smokestack" is, yes, the Howlin' Wolf tune. 45 RPM $12 SKU:13848

STRANGE LAND,STRANGE PEOPLE -VA Psychedelic Garage & Heavy Psych From The Golden Voice Label -Label:GV If you think that all the cool & obscure U.S garage-psych 45s have been already exhumed, please listen to this! Golden Voice was a custom label and state-of-the art studio based in Pekin, Illinois. In the 1960s-'70s, countless garage bands from the area recorded there, releasing custom-made 45s in very limited quantities. This vibrating scene had not been documented, 'til the release of this 15-track compilation. The music here is prime cut hard psychedelia, punk-a-delic sounds and proto hard-rock from the late '60s-early '70s with lot of fuzz-wah guitars, groovy organs and effects. All tracks are taken from obscure 45s and previously unreleased master tapes. TRACKLISTINGS ON SITE COMP LP $29 SKU:16484

DEAD BOYS - Younger, Louder & Snottier ( Rough mixes from 78 ) BACK IN STOCK!! -Label:BOMP Records YOUNGER, LOUDER AND SNOTTIER is a collection of rough mixes of the 10 tracks from the Dead Boys' classic 1978 debut, YOUNG, LOUD AND SNOTTY, in the same order as the original release. ...Amazingly, these rough mixes are even louder and snottier than the LP.
"Sonic Reducer" in particular has a corrosive edge to it that makes this dead-on punk classic even more powerful than it had been before. While some of the other tracks are less notably altered, there's a freshness to these sloppier takes that makes YOUNGER, LOUDER AND SNOTTIER not only an impressive complement to the original, but possibly its superior.
Recorded at Electric Lady Studios in March 1977 Includes liner notes by Cheetah Chrome. Dead Boys: Stiv Bators (vocals); Jimmy Zero, Cheetah Chrome (guitar); Jeff Magnum (bass guitar); Johnny Blitz (drums).
Liner Note Authors: Charles M. Young; Stiv Bators; Cheetah Chrome.

EASY CHAIR - ST-( 68 psych underground 180 gram w handmade cover, plus posters, extended liners/bio and rare memorabilia )-Label:RED FOX Long expected and now re-issued (with remastered sound) for the first time! Easy Chair's 1968 one-sided album, with a running time of 20 minutes, is one of the most sought-after US North-West psych-underground records of all time. Original copies have been sold for over 1.000 US$. Justly remembered as psychedelic rock pioneers, they crammed an amazing career into only one year of activity. Easy Chair performed with the Yardbirds, Cream and the Mothers of Invention. Their epic West Coast blues features the unique chemistry of psychedelic guitar leads, fluid lines and hypnotic chording. By the end of 1968 they caught the attention of Zappa's crew and signed a record contract with Bizarre Records. Unfortunately Easy Chair broke up too soon, though multi-instrumentalist Jeff Simmons, together with drummer Al Malosky, recorded the 'Naked Angels' soundtrack (re-released by WIS in 2008). After releasing his solo album 'Lucille Has Messed my Mind up' in 1969, Jeff joined The Mothers. This limited edition reissue on 180-gram vinyl comes with a handmade cover, plus posters, extended liners/bio and rare memorabilia! LP $35 SKU:16407
