Colin Blunstone needs little introduction: he was a key member of The Zombies, and participated on various albums with The Alan Parsons Project. An excellent 16-song compilation assembled from Colin Blunstone's first three Epic solo albums. The individual albums, especially “One Year” and “Ennismore,” are worth owning intact, but this is a nice place to start. Blunstone possesses one of the most unique and underrated voices in contemporary music. This collection showcases both his voice and his considerable writing talents. The production and arrangements are excellent throughout and many of the songs have a truly haunting quality.
