This is a 1977 promotional poster for Sire Records to launch their "New Wave" marketing campaign. Folded into 3 parts originally,  to fit in with an LP, 35 x 11 1/2. Sent to us by Sire. 
  • Campaign History: Sire Records founder Seymour Stein launched this "Don't Call It Punk" campaign in October 1977 to rebrand the punk music scene as "New Wave" to make it more appealing to radio programmers and consumers.
