DM3 made their mark on the international Power Pop scene with three official albums from the mid-to-late ‘90s and are revered by fans andcritics alike. Consisting of Dom Mariani (frontman of legendary Australian garage rockers The Stems & more recently the heavy-hitting rockband Datura4), Toni Italiano and Pascal Bartolone, this trio could, arguably, be the best Power Pop band Australia has produced. This boxset is housed in a truly AWESOME glossy black box and contains a high quality booklet featuring pictures, LP info, etc., however muchof the commentary/historical information is written in Japanese(no big problem as all this info is readily available via the much morecomprehensive sources discussed below). So basically, this heady collection contains almost everything you'd ever need if you wished to delveinto the musical world of Ya Ho Wa 13 and the Source Family, which spawned this one-of-a-kind musical experiment.
It is expensive. However, many of the original LPs are EXTREMELY rare and almost unobtainable. Plus the packaging is of the highest quality.In regards to the audio info., unfortunately, most of the master recordings of these LPs were either lost or unavailable forcing the producers ofthis boxset to digitally transfer directly from LP to CD. Thankfully, this was done with much care and therefore the sound quality is quite good.The mastering of the discs is also excellent. CD $150 SKU:16999

The book begins with Allin's "30 Days In The Hole" his journal,in his own handwriting, detailing his first days in lock up.
