This is the U.S. re-issue limited to 300 LPs with a different cover and on Bubblegum Pink vinyl. The first press was from Stolen Body Records and sold out. Below is an interview from Psychedelic Baby Magazine:"Paul Jacobs, presently residing in Montreal Quebec, has come a long way since his original one man band days. Five years later, with a full band backing him, his live shows have grown to an explosive level. The experience is an untamed, wild and manic energy, a true purge of raw emotions. Paul writes, performs, records and mixes all the music he releases. He has released eight full length albums, numerous EP’s and singles, always accompanied by his personal animations and art work. YOUNG CREATURES- The Future is Finally Now(shoegaze, psych pop) Turquoise vinyl Label:NOMAD EEL GATEFOLD Combining elements of shoegaze, psychedelic rock, indie, and pop, Young Creatures toe the line between blissful dreamy pop and dark, eerie soundscapes. After dropping their debut self-titled EP in 2012 and the Habitats EP in 2013, the band underwent some line-up changes, as well as evolving the sound from its raw and raucous beginnings to its current atmospheric and energetic sound. Currently a three-piece of Mike Post (vocals/guitar/keyboards), Michael Escalante (drums/percussion) and Andrew Gleason (guitar/bass/vocals), the band has released their sophomore album, The Future is Finally Now. The first LP on the compilation, Side 1 and 2 holds the bands project 10-12 that was released by Burger Records as a cassette. The cassette was limited to 300 but has long been sold out and pretty tough to find. This 2xLP release is also limited to 300 as a homage to Burger Records. The second LP, sides 3 and 4, is comprised of all of their single 7"s from Volcom Etertainment, In The Red Records, Chrome Banana, and Famous Class.1. LP $30 SKU:21641

Having said this, I am psyched to introduce one of my favorite bands for Nomad Eel's first release! I've been a huge fan of them since I'd seen them in Austin during Ty Segall's Spider House Ragger. A year later they recorded live on the radio. Before and after the live recording they have had one acclaimed release after another ranging from a cassette compilation with Burger Records, a split 7" with Iggy Pop on Light In The Attic, and two hard hitting full length LPs with InThe Red Records and Castle Face.
